Topic: Circumferential Lipoabdominoplasty
Abstract:
Diet, exercises, pharmacology, Bariatric Surgery, as a way to lose weight , make a great
change in the body contour of the occidental population, like the latin American countries.
That's mean losing more than 10 kg, associated to scars, estriae, laxity and other
changes in the body, and if we add diastasis of rectus abdominis muscles, choosing the
right technique it is a challenge.
Lipoabdominoplasty, is a world accepted technique, and help us to solve the anterior and
parcially lateral abdominal wall, but laxity of the thighs, or gluteal ptosis as well as sacrallumbar-
inferior thoracic laxity needs a approach different.
That is the reason, why we share our experience with a circumferential
Lipoabdominoplasty, associated to fat graft or gluteal implants.
