Abstract:
As a aesthetic surgeon, we often face some difficulties in post laser treatment patients. Especially in
rosacea patients, they always become pitfalls even we treat them carefully. First, we have to keep in
mind that rosacea patients may not know themselves are rosacea patients. We need to ask them some
questions in their daily life, as the clues that they may be the rosacea patients. Second, we plan the laser
treatment for pigments like Picosure when their conditions are stable, or relatively stable. Third, we give
more post Picosure care for them, sometimes more mentally support is very helpful. Although this is
personal experience, I hope it is helpful to avoid aggravating conditions of rosacea patients
