Topic: Management of Lumps in Lower Eyelid after Fat and HA injection-
Personal Experience
Abstract:
Orbital fat hernation and tear trough in lower eyelid are annoying aesthetic problems during the aging
processing. Therefore many management techniques were created to treat these problems. They include
filler injection and surgical interventions such as lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition or fat graft.
They are useful and effective procedures. But sometimes, after these procedures, some unexpected
sequelas were noted and undesirable cosmetic outcome would happen. Among these side effects, lumps
in lower eyelid region are not uncommon. Patients with this problem are usually unsatisfied and seek for
further treatment. In this presentation, we will show some cases suffering from this problem, and show
how we perform revision surgery to resolve this complication.
