Abstract:
Periorbital region is the first area to show signs of aging. Apart from droopy eyelids and eyebags, hollow
eyes are one of the most common concerns among our patients. It is extremely challenging to achieve
great results as the room for errors is small especially in those who have previous surgery. Filling the
hollow eyes is regarded as an advanced technique and it takes years before one can get reproducible
good results. Patient and product selections, injection technique and injection endpoint, avoiding
overfilling and Tyndall effect, pre and post injection care are the keys to stay away from troubles and
attain superior outcomes.
