Abstract:
In recent years, the use of fat in plastic surgery has been quite mature. Although the advantages of fat
and the richness of bioactive cells are recognized as the characteristics closest to the ideal filler.
However, the clinical needs of some non-volume filling types still cannot be met, especially for some
superficial dynamic areas, traditional fat filling is more likely to cause lumps and knots, and it is relatively
difficult to apply smoothing. Now through a Taiwan-developed and patented accessory, it is possible to
quickly and effectively separate the fat cell mass into a single cell solution and filter out the connective
tissue at the same time. Such fat cells solution can be injected with a small-bore needle, and is easily
distributed evenly in the space where the injection is desired. Provides an alternative for some areas that
are not suitable for deep massive fat injection.
