Abstract:
The vulva definition is one of the expectation that transwomen that always seek to get the appearance and
perception more feminine. There are lots of technique to create transwomen vulva. In this paper, we
present our technique that try to use entire glans to create vulva, try to discard the tissue as least as
possible and to get better sensation and appearance of vulva.
