Abstract:
Concept one : Facial shape is the key point of facial youth.
Big head plus small and V-shaped face, the oval shaped face, is the key point of oriental facial youth, not
the facial features, such as eyes, nose, lips, skin.
Character of aged oriental facial shape: Small head plus Big face, the reversed oval shaped face.
Character of youthful and child-like oriental facial shape: Big head plus Small and V-shaped face, the
oval shaped face.
Goal Approach of oriental facial rejuvenation:
Change the reversed oval shaped face to oval shaped face.
By the whole face autologous fat grafting procedure.
Fat grafting rejuvenation procedure characters:
Big head changing: fat grafting to forehead and bilateral temples.
Small and V-shaped face changing: fat grafting to glabella, nose, medial cheeks and chin.
Two staged fat grafting procedures with 3 month interval is necessary for satisfactory rejuvenation result.
Concept two : Young first, then beauty, because young makes beauty.
Young : Oval shaped face by fat grafting.
Beauty : Cosmetic surgery to facial features, such as eyes, nose, lips and skin.
