Topic: Combined Treatment of Sagging Face with the Goal of Natural Looking Results
Abstract:
Cosmetological treatment is becoming more and more popular around the world every year. In Japan,
people tend to dislike major changes in appearance after cosmetological treatment and prefer natural
changes that are not noticed by others. This is especially true for older women.
However, as a result of overtreatment, we often see cases that look unnatural (even doctors!).
Why does cosmetological treatment result in an unnatural appearance? This is because they try to
supplement the volume excessively or pull up the skin while the skeleton and skin are atrophied.
In addition, when trying to treat sagging with a single method, problems such as insufficient volume,
insufficient correction of position, and excessive volume occur, resulting in inadequate therapeutic effect
and unnatural appearance.
We treat sagging by combining multiple treatment methods in order to achieve a natural and effective
lift-up effect in consideration of the anatomy of the face. The methods used are hyaluronic acid injection,
HIFU, RF, thread lift, etc.
Combine treatments corresponding to the anatomical site, such as using a device to tighten the fascia
and dermis, using threads to correct the position of drooping adipose tissue, and supplementing lost
volume with hyaluronic acid. This gives a natural looking results.
We will present our thoughts on the natural consequences of our work and how to do so.
